We want you to love your collectables from Collectables 'R' Us!
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help—within reason, of course, as many of our items are rare and limited edition.
🔁 Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:

You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was incorrect or faulty.

Please do not send returns without prior contact and approval.

Items damaged due to customer mishandling

Pre-order items (unless faulty or damaged)
🔄 Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item (subject to stock availability), contact us at info@collectablesrus.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order.
💰 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Refunds do not include original shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error).

If the returned item is not in its original condition, we may refuse the refund or issue a partial refund at our discretion.
